WATC Academy maintains rolling admissions. Applications can be submitted year-round. If there is space available, children can join at any time of the year.
Parents have a choice of sending their own lunch, or they can order through “We On Them Streetz” – a healthy food vendor that provides a wide range of options to parents, all through their online portal.
WATC Academy has a policy of “no chocolate, no candy, no soda”. A great emphasis on good nutrition is placed.

School’s yearly tuition is due by August 1st. You may choose to take an installment plan for your child’s school year tuition to be divided into ten equal payments; first payment due on August 1st and 9 additional payments due on the 1st of each subsequent month through May of that year.
Should you opt to pay tuition in full, a 3% discount will be applied. You may also opt to pay the yearly tuition in two installments [first installment due by August 1st and the balance as a second installment payable by 1st Monday in January of the following year.
WATC Academy does have a uniform policy. Students are required to dress in their embroidered button up shirt and tie. Boys must wear school shorts or slacks, and girls must wear school shorts or skorts.
On colder days, school jackets must be worn. No open-toed shoes are allowed for safety reasons. and only black shoes are allowed. Students found out-of-compliance will not be admitted to classes.
WATC Academy philosophy acknowledges that an appropriate, lower student-teacher ratio is conducive to better learning.
WATC is committed to optimizing class sizes to the following ratios by program:
Kindergarten — 1:8 (one teacher for every 8 students)
Elementary — 1:10 (one teacher for every 10 students)
Middle School — 1:5 (one teacher for every 5 students)
High School — 1:15 (one teacher for every 15 students)
